At Tevar Studio, every piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. Your satisfaction matters to us, and while we hope you love what you receive, we do understand that exchanges or returns may sometimes be needed.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for items that meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged

  • Original tags must be intact

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 10 days of delivery

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size or style, subject to availability

Please Note:

  • Sale items are not eligible for exchange or return

  • Accessories and jewellery are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned

Return Policy

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items must be in original condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered, with tags intact)

  • Return requests must be initiated within 10 days of delivery

  • Refunds are processed via bank transfer, which may take up to 15 working days after approval

Important Conditions:

  • If the parcel is received in a torn or damaged condition, customers are advised to refuse delivery and contact our support team immediately

  • In case of an incomplete order, a clear unboxing video is required to help us investigate

  • For manufacturing defects, clear parcel-opening images or videos will be required

All jewellery and accessories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Reverse pickups may be arranged by Tevar Studio, or

  • Customers may be requested to ship the product back to us at the address shared by our team

Once received, all products undergo a quality inspection. Requests are approved only if the item passes inspection.

Each item is eligible for only one return or exchange request.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed

  • Cancellation requests after this period will not be accepted

Changes can be accommodated only if the order has not yet been shipped.

International Orders

  • No returns or exchanges are available for international orders

  • For size or product-related assistance, we strongly recommend contacting us before placing an order
