At Tevar Studio, your satisfaction is our priority. We want to ensure your shopping experience is seamless and stress-free. Please review our refund policy below to understand how returns and refunds work.

1. Refund Timeline - What to Expect

When you submit a return request through our Customer Support team, here's what happens next:

  • Pickup Arrangement: We'll schedule product pickup within 2 working days of your return request.
  • Refund Processing Begins: Once the item is collected, we initiate your refund within 1 working day.
  • Money Back in Your Account: After processing, refunds typically appear in your account within 5-7 working days, depending on your payment provider.

Important: Products with damaged or torn packaging cannot be returned.

2. Complete Refund Process Duration

Here's the complete timeline at a glance:

  • Pickup: 2 working days from request
  • Refund Initiation: 1 working day after pickup
  • Account Credit: 5-7 working days from initiation

3. Refund Payment Method

All refunds are issued using the same payment method you used when placing your order. We're unable to process refunds through alternative payment methods.

4. Return Window

  • Prepaid Orders: Your refund will be processed within 7 working days after our quality inspection is complete.
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds are processed within 7 working days following successful quality verification.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds

For COD purchases, refunds are transferred directly to your bank account once the returned item passes our quality check.

6. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order goes missing or fails to reach your delivery address, you're entitled to a complete refund, including any shipping fees you may have paid online.

7. Shipping and COD Charges on Returns

Please note that shipping and COD charges are non-refundable when you return a delivered order.

8. Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase, Monday through Saturday, between 10 AM and 6 PM. Since some orders are processed quickly, immediate cancellation may not always be possible. To request a cancellation, email us at hello@tevarstudio.com with your order details.

  • Cancellation Refunds: Any payments made will be returned using your original payment method.

9. Debit and Credit Card Refund Processing

Refund timing for card transactions depends on your bank's processing schedule:

  • Refunds Over ₹5,000: Your bank will typically send an SMS confirmation when the amount is credited.
  • Refunds Under ₹5,000: Check your bank statement or account balance for confirmation.

Note: Only the product cost is refunded. Delivery and handling charges are not refundable.
